Rotigotine can worsen dyskinesia (a movement disorder that is a common side effect of levodopa). If you use rotigotine with a medication that contains levodopa, your healthcare provider may need to adjust your doses of both medications, or perhaps discontinue one or both of the drugs if this problem occurs.
