Mirapex® (pramipexole dihydrochloride) is a prescription drug licensed for the treatment of Parkinson's disease and restless legs syndrome (RLS). It has been shown to be effective at treating both early and advanced forms of Parkinson's, as well as significantly improving the symptoms of RLS. Mirapex comes in tablet form and is available in six different strengths. Before starting treatment, you should let your healthcare provider know if you are pregnant, have low blood pressure, or have any allergies.
